thank you for your interest.
After applying and being approved you will be sent
an e-mail letting you know what your
wholesale discount will be. If you are interested in having an item made exclusively for your store please contact us after you have been approved.
We look forward to meeting you and building a
long lasting relationship.
The following are our wholesale Terms and Conditions
(Please read thoroughly before applying/ordering)
Wholesale policy:
1. Initial wholesale order must be a minimum $100.00 and $75.00 re-order.
2. You must order at least once every 6 months for you account to stay active.
3.You may mix and match items.
4. Sets may be broken up to be sold individually but you must notify us at check out so they can be packaged as such.
5. Order processing time is currently 10-14 days. You will be notified when your package ships.
6. All payments must be made through Pay Pal.
7. All j.c.grace products must be sold and advertised as j.c.grace products in your store and must stay attached to our hair bow cards and/or hang tags. Please do not alter or change our products or remove our company logo or tags to sell them as your own.
8. Our items cannot be sold by you or any other person on ANY auction site ie;
e bay,Craigs list, Etsy etc.
9. Occasionally we sell our discontinued or other items on e bay. If you are our wholesaler you may not participate in these auctions.
If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions your account will be terminated.
After applying please send us the following information:
1.Contact name and phone number
2. Actual physical address of store.
3. How many years in business.
4. Tax ID or Resale No.
5.Other brands carried in store.
6. Number of stores.
7. Any pictures you may have of Interior/Exterior of store.
8. If you are an on-line store please send us your web address.
We will not accept on line stores that sell hair accessories exclusively.
We cannot process your application without this information.
